Drawing on cutting-edge science and research from the realms of sleep, nutrition, fitness, and mindset, our workshops equip participants with practical tools, tactics, and strategies to enhance their performance and wellbeing. These engaging and interactive sessions are curated by our founder, Dr. Greg Wells, a renowned physiologist, endurance athlete, researcher, author, and coach. His expertise, combined with real-world insights and actionable steps, make these workshops invaluable for those seeking to reach their full potential.

The half-day workshop offers a deep dive into key areas such as sleep optimization, mindful nutrition, effective movement strategies, and mental resilience. Participants will learn how small, sustainable improvements can create a ripple effect, resulting in exponential changes in health, performance, and overall life quality.

The full-day workshop extends this experience, offering a more comprehensive exploration of our Performance 3.0 framework. Additional modules in this session might cover advanced performance tactics, stress resilience techniques, peak cognitive function strategies, and the science of developing world-class habits and routines.

All our workshops provide a highly interactive and dynamic environment. The Wells Performance Team will demonstrate how small, sustainable improvements in your daily rituals can create a ripple effect of positive change in your life. He will delve into the power of micro-improvements and guide you in building world-class habits and routines that optimize brain function, extend lifespan, and amplify healthspan.

Key learnings from this presentation will include how to achieve exponential results through 1% gains in health habits, the importance of sleeping soundly for overall health, how physical activity can improve memory and problem-solving skills while making you happier, and the benefits of eating smarter to boost the immune system, lower inflammation, and increase energy.

Workshop participants will learn how these small changes can create a ripple effect that enhances your mental health and ability to think clearly and how to apply these changes in their lives. 

 

Level 2 - Build peak cognitive performance and mental resilience

Use cutting-edge science and research to perform at the highest possible level

During this session, the Wells Performance Team will share valuable insights on how to improve your focus, creativity, and problem-solving abilities by incorporating strategic recharging practices into your workday. Participants will learn how to harness the power of different brain states to boost focus, learning, creativity, and peak experience. Additionally, we will cover the importance of developing daily rituals and routines that promote relaxation and recovery, cultivating a growth mindset, and embracing the power of learning and slowing down to speed up.

This presentation is designed to provide evidence-based actionable strategies for enhancing your mental and physical performance and better cope with stress and adversity, and how to create a culture of rest and recovery in your workplace or team. These techniques will help you achieve your potential and perform at your highest level while also improving the overall health and well-being of you and your team.

LEVEL 3 - BUILD YOUR FOCUS AND CONCENTRATION IN A CULTURE OF DISTRACTION

THE FOCUS EFFECT

Unplug from a culture of relentless distraction to elevate performance

One of the major innovations in human history, the smartphone has transformed how we live and work. Along the way, it has ushered in a culture of distraction and stimulation that is detrimental to our wellbeing and limits our ability to focus on what really matters.

In this workshop, the Wells Performance team illustrates the negative effects of being instantly reachable and deconstructs the impact of constant distraction on our attention, creativity and ability to focus. We provide insights about how our brains manage energy, the myth of multitasking, and the physiological impact of perpetual distraction. We offer tips about intentional technology use, unplugging, and how to structure our lives to optimize health and performance.

This workshop is based on the best-selling book The Focus Effect: Change Your Work, Change Your Life, which Dr. Greg Wells co-authored with AMJ Campbell CEO Bruce Bowser. The Wells team translates the evidence-based insights of the book into daily activities that encourage focus, creativity and elevated performance.
